A longtime magazine journalist and editor, I wrote the “Momfidence” column in Woman’s Day from 2001 to 2010, as well more than 400 features for major media, including Newsweek, Health, USA Weekend, Reader's Digest International, Family Life, Parents, Glamour, Caring.com, BabyCenter.com and ParentCenter.com. I'm also a longtime contributing editor to Parenting and Babytalk magazines.

My work has earned honors from the American Speech Language Hearing Association, the Arthritis Foundation, the Western Publisher’s Association, and the National Women’s Political Caucus.
